These nozzles are produced in two types:
Internal mixing: Internal mixing Type
In this model, oxygen and fuel gas (such as acetylene or propane) are combined inside the nozzle. This method usually creates a uniform and stable flame, because the oxygen and fuel are mixed before exiting the nozzle and burned simultaneously.
External Mixing: External Mixing Type
In this model, oxygen and fuel gas enter the nozzle separately and at different points and are mixed together in the outer space of the nozzle.
These types of nozzles have two separate streams for oxygen and fuel gas, which mix near the nozzle and create a flame.
This method usually allows the ratio of oxygen and fuel gas to be precisely adjusted at the time of ignition and helps to determine certain conditions such as heat, speed and shape of the flame.
To connect to autocutter and emergency torches for CCM continuous casting lines
Cutting nozzle for slab sheets for continuous casting lines of Continuous Casting Machine
This type of cutting nozzle is constantly used in water-cooled cutting torches for casting lines.
It is suitable for cutting billets up to 200 mm.
The cutting torch of these nozzles is a cutting torch for working in tough working conditions, which is designed and used for flame cutting autocauter systems. These nozzles are connected to continuous casting lines that cut billets, round billets, ingots, and various slabs. Since this type of cutting torch has a circulating cooling water system, it can work normally in high temperature and harsh working conditions for a long time.
The cutting range of these nozzles is between 150 and 200 mm.
